昨天早上，我在脚走论坛转了一个帖子，关于行动电话112紧急救难专线，讲的是在户外遇到紧急情况通讯信号又不好的时候，可以快速拨打112紧急求助。
紧跟着，我表妹凤眼一眯，玉手一指，跳出来说，“这是个愚人节笑话！”

今天抽空赶紧来查证了一下，传这类似信息的还真多如牛毛，不过最权威的解释是南都3月25日的一篇报道中提到的，摘录如下：
【手机中设置紧急呼叫112号码的功能是一项强制性规定，但112是欧盟的紧急呼叫号码，如果本地拨打只能听到一段录音。目前国内销售的手机产品却未能将国 内紧急求救号码（火警119，匪警110）设置在内，这主要因为我国未将国内通用紧急呼叫号码提交给相关国际组织，因此在全球紧急呼叫号码中，有美国的 911和欧盟的112，却没有中国的110、119.所以即便能拨通112，也无法真正获得“急救”。”】
也去维基百科逛了一下，emergency numbers词条如是说：
【The telephone number 112 is the international emergency telephone number for GSM mobile phone networks. It does not necessarily work on mobile phone networks based on other technologies. In all European Union countries it is also the emergency telephone number for both mobile and fixed-line telephones.

我自己刚也用nokia的手机试了一下（在办公室，有移动信号覆盖），在锁键盘的情况下，拨通了112，马上有录音提示“报警请拨110，火警请拨119，急救请拨120……”，中英文轮番播放，按0、9并无人应答。
综合起来就是：在中国——行动电话112号码，可以帮助大家在遇到紧急情况自己又昏了头的时候，提醒你可以拨打120、110、119等紧急呼救电话。在全世界——当你出国旅行或者公干，在海外陌生环境中（特别是欧美）遇到紧急情况时，GSM制式的手机也可以通过这个号码查询当地紧急呼救电话，或者转接当地紧急呼救电话，更好的情况是帮你直接呼救了。
哦，对了，有些进口手机预设的紧急呼救电话中没有国内常用的110、119、120等号码，只有112和911，这是否也就意味在紧急情况下无法呼救？iphone粉丝们不妨先测试一下，有个心理准备。
事后反思：
转帖也要有责任心，不能好心办坏事，可是以讹传讹为啥这么多呢？
也许大家太粗心或者太不以为然，很少注明文字的出处！这个帖文就不多说了，连南都的这个报道，也是拐弯抹角在某个坛子里找到，本来也是当作一家之言溜过去，文中跳出来“记者”字眼，然后再试着往新闻里搜的。但是不要忘了一点，面对海量信息的时候，来自权威消息源的信息应该会更具权重，传播效果会更佳。所以，建议大家以后转帖都注明来源，不管是当作对原始出处的尊重，还是让自己转述信息更易让人接受或者其他都好。
估摸着，关于112这个帖文最早可能是哪位好心人直接从英文翻译过来，光顾着给大家介绍112的好处，忘记了国情的不同。但是念在出发点都是好的，唉，我们暂且原谅了吧！
